We wanted to share a few emails that we have received from some of our service customers!
I called the service department about missing my original oil change and Mike Ivy (Nissan service advisor) made sure my car was brought in today and accomodated my schedule so that I would not miss work. He helped me before with a flat tire, he is just the best at helping me out! He was very professional yet personable, which I find extremely impressive. I wanted to make sure he was recognized for his wonderful contribution to Davis-Moore Nissan Service Department. Thank you.

I want to comment about the excellent customer service I received at the Nissan Service Department. The staff was very helpful in finding our what was the problem with my issue, repaired it and the charge was acceptable. The service rep Jordan Long was quite professioal and kind. The techs did their jobs very well. Thank you!
