    I have been doing business with Davis-Moore for approximately 10 years. In that 10 years I have been treated with the upmost respect. Today was NO exception. Your service team is the best, but I am sure you know that. Being a widow, you just never know when someone is going to put something over on you, especially when it comes to cars. In my dealings with your firm that has NEVER been a concern to me. My service person “Bob” is absolutely the best when it comes to telling you the truth and making sure you understand. I hope you understand what an asset he is to your service department. Having full faith and trust in his judgement and just knowing that he cares and understands the need of the customer is a gift to your firm. Thank you, thank you for employing caring sensitive people, who’s goal is to give the best possible service to it’s customers. I was a customer service manager for many years, and to employ such persons is a win win deal for you and your staff. My hat is off to you, and most certainly “Bob”. He is the best!

    New Vehicles

    Complimentary factory scheduled maintenance – including oil and filter changes, tire rotations and balances, lubrications, air filters and all required inspections – for twelve (12) months or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first), beginning the day you purchase your new vehicle from Davis-Moore.

    All maintenance specified in your manufacturer’s Owner’s Manual is covered by Complimentary Car Care, and all complimentary work must be performed at a Davis-Moore location in Wichita, KS. Damaged caused by accidents, negligence, alterations or installation of non-factory accessories are excluded from coverage.

    Pre-Owned Vehicles

    Complimentary oil and filter changes for twelve (12) months or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first), beginning the day you purchase your pre-owned vehicle from Davis-Moore. When your vehicle is in for service, we will also give it a thorough inspection at no charge to you.

    Complimentary oil and filter changes should be scheduled at the intervals shown in your manufacturer’s Owner’s Manual, and must be performed at a Davis-Moore location in Wichita, KS.

    What did you like most about Davis-Moore?

    I went to multiple other car dealerships in Wichita, and I got lucky to get Milton. He is a good listener, showed me my options and ensured that I got the right vehicle. My wife said that he is a nice, caring man, I think he is a blessing. I also appreciated the fact that he was not trying to sell me something, he was trying to fulfill my needs. I liked him so much, I brought in my sister that just purchased a vehicle today from Davis-Moore.

    Service and sales along with a finance department that is through and helpful. I had a great overall experience.

    What do you like most about your vehicle?

    My Nissan Maxima is the most exciting car that I have ever owned. Not only does it look great, it is very reliable and fun to drive each day.
