Davis-Moore Service Departments offer more than just repairs!

Many people have the misconception that taking your vehicle to a dealership for service will be more expensive than taking it to an independent service outlet – or they think that dealerships only have limited services available.  At Davis-Moore, we pride ourselves on the fact that during our 50 years of business in Wichita, we’ve kept our prices competitive with national mass merchandisers and chain stores.  Plus, we offer a full line of automotive services – some of which may surprise you!

Davis-Moore service departments are open Monday –Friday 7am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-1pm.   For your convenience, we offer early bird and night drop box service – as well as a weekday courtesy shuttle to take you home or to work anywhere within the metro area!

Davis-Moore employs ASE certified Master Technicians and has over 25 factory Master Techs working in our service departments, because we believe only highly trained technicians should work on your vehicle. Davis-Moore can also service ALL makes and models of vehicles, (not just the New brands we sell!), and is equipped to handle almost any automotive service or repair. Most factory parts we install come with a lifetime warranty.  Additionally, we offer paintless dent repair, window tinting, complete touch-ups, vinyl and cloth repair, complete interior and exterior details, custom stripes and graphics AND we carry a full line of automotive accessories!  Need a new set of tires?  We stock most brands.  Wreck your vehicle?  We’re an authorized AAA approved auto and body repair facility.

For most people, your vehicle is vital to everyday matters and its reliability is immeasurable.  In a person’s life, a vehicle purchase tends to be one of the biggest financial outlays, which is why it’s important to find a trusted service department to take care of that investment!  Whomever you choose needs to be able to provide quality regular maintenance (like oil changes and tire rotations) to keep a vehicle reliable and detailed repairs (like starter and transmission issues) when needed.  So where do you start to find the best service department for you and your car?

Once a service company is deemed reliable, plan a visit or schedule an appointment for a minor repair, like an oil change, to obtain first hand experience of how they treat their customers and fix vehicles.  While there, look around for certifications or licenses.  At Davis-Moore, we have ASE certified Service Departments as recognized by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence.  We also have ASE certified Master Technicians and over 25 factory Master Techs working in our service departments; they are required to attend yearly training in order to keep their certification.  Our commitment to customer satisfaction is also recognized by AAA as AAA Approved Repair Facilities.
